We may also process interview summaries and results of test or homework assignments. With the candidate’s consent, we may retain the data for up to 36 months for future job opportunities. If consent is not given, data will be retained only for the legally required dispute period (one year). Access to candidate data is restricted to those involved in the recruitment process. If necessary, data may be shared with trusted recruitment partners under data processing agreements that ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Use and storage of collected personal data
With the help of collected personal data, we can contact the customer, inform customers about news, new products, etc. A customer who does not wish to be on our newsletter list or receive notifications and direct marketing content can remove themselves from the target group of recipients at any time. We may use the collected personal data to fulfil our obligations to the customer. By accepting the terms of the privacy policy, the customer consents to the automated processing of their data. It is always possible to withdraw consent by making a statement in a form that enables written reproduction. There is no retroactive effect on the application or withdrawal of consent. We keep the customer’s personal data as long as it is necessary to achieve the goals. The retention period depends on the need to respond to customer’s inquiries. We retain data that we are obliged to store due to legislation (e.g. accounting data) based on the requirements set out in legislation.
